Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine

Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, a top ranked institution of medical education, values leadership, innovation, and compassionate care—attributes that promote the best interests of medicine and strengthen the social contract with the community they serve. Print and digital communication materials reflect this ethos and are developed for the school’s departments, centers, and institutes.

The Mesulam Center for Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer’s Disease conducts research on the neurobiology of brain aging and dementias while providing critical care and support to its patients. Their annual newsletter — sent to patients, caregivers, and donors — was redesigned to share the center’s latest research findings and stories of personal connections through engaging articles, images, sidebars, and informational graphics.

The Department of Preventive Medicine, a multidisciplinary consortium of health scientists focusing on research to improve health and prevent disease, celebrated 50 years and wanted to pay homage to decades of groundbreaking work with a commemorative book and signage for a special event.

MD Admissions materials seek to provide prospective students a view of the educational, research, and clinical practice experience they will find at Feinberg.
